About this Work
"Some of my favorite colors to use are muted greens. This painting allowed me to use all my favorites! The darker 'gap' color is a deep red, chosen to complement the greens. Because the illusion radiates from the center, I structured my gradient in the same way. This exact painting became the inspiration for a larger version on canvas using the same colors."
