About this Work

"The 3D cube pattern was utilized very early in my work. I saw it as an opportunity to showcase a set of colors, and a range in values due to the nature of the pattern. This painting is the only time I randomized the colors I used within the cube pattern. No color repeats. This is an endeavor that always challenges my understanding of color, particularly early on. I force myself to mix together colors I otherwise wouldn’t think to combine, and discover new colors therein."
